Catalyst Conference
Center
Once you have successfully
logged into Catalyst, you will go to a Conference Center Page.
Because Catalyst is modified
to "match" the online style of different organizations, Conference
Center Page come in a variety of shapes and sizes. But they do have some
common characteristics we can explain to you.
You'll see a page something
like this:

Typically there's a logo
from the Conference Sponsor in the upper corner, some sort of welcome
message along the left side, a conference list on the right side, and
some tools in the upper right corner. Let's look more closely at a couple
of these.
Conference List
You'll see a list conferences
you can enter:
When
there is numbers in red to the right of the Conference Name, this means
that there are new entries in the conference you have not yet read.
You may enter a conference
by either clicking on the Conference Name, in which case you will go to
the conference main page, or you may click on the numbers and go directly
to new entries you have not read.
For new users, while you
are getting used to Catalyst, we recommend you enter the conference by
clicking on the name.
Tools

In the upper right hand corner
of the Conference Center Page are a couple useful tools.
Click on Search to
search the items in the conference, just as you would do a search on the
web. See the Search Item later in this tutorial.
Click on Help to access
some of the same kinds of information in this tutorial.
Click on Your Name to
access your profile, setups, and e-mail options. You'll find more information
about these features later in this tutorial.
